Had short time again, so I tried to do a timed mile. 9:42, then ran another quarter at 5.2 for 1.25 total. 9:42 was the fastest mile I've done which is pitifully slow, but I felt pretty good. No pain, just a lot of gasping for air at the end. Started at 6mph, went up to 6.1 then 6.2 finished at 7 to try and get it under the 9:47 of my last timed mile. Improvement is good right?
