OK this day might have been harder than yesterday. Needed 1.8 miles to make twenty for the week. Very sore and such. Late at night, no time earlier...I did not want to do, but I did. 2.0 miles in 23:41. Even did a little extra, sicko.
Made my goal, 20 miles in a week. Now I'm going back to 7 miles a week, ha.
Waddling is good.
