Sometimes, when I'm running on the treadmill. I go crazy. I think I can do more than I should. So today I sort of decided that since I have to run a 5k, that maybe I should run a 5k right now. So I did. 36:06. Most was run at 5.1 mph (11:45 miles) with a four minute stint where I upped it .1 mph / minute, then the last couple of minutes were at 5.5 just cus I need to have a good sprint at the end. 3 minutes walking warmup and about 5-6 minutes walking cool down. I actually felt pretty good. No pain in the legs or anything, though tomorrow might be a different story.
