Day 28

At the gym, still can't find the mp3 player. *sigh* Ran one mile, legs twinging a bit. Ran actually one mile, walked one minute, ran another .25, walked two minutes, ran another .25. 1.5 total. Approx. 17:37 time. Not sure if I'm improving at all. Lungs are better, just the legs/joints holding up is the big thing right now. I predict the end of this will be an injury, but that isn't really going to stop me from trying this. Need more weights, need more reading.
