Three minute walk warmup. Ran 20 minutes at 5mph pace. Walked about 7 minutes for cooldown. Distance running was 1.5 miles. So doing this on the treadmill, it is dark at night and the treadmills are right next to the windows. When the sun goes down the staff thinks it is a great idea to pull up the blinds so you can "see" out the windows. The problem is that it is dark outside and bright inside so the only thing you can see is yourself...running...this is not a good thing to me and hardly motivational. Read Obadiah again, yesterday at least.
