So there is cutting it close and cutting it close. Things happened today, called life, and I didn't get the run in til approximately 11:45pm. Then I sprinted two .5 mile laps around my house. Did I mention that it is February? And it has been snowing? and the wind is blowing? and it is cold? I guess that made me go faster...I dunno. 11:33. 5 weeks down....Need to start doing three 30 minutes runs per week. We shall see.
