Ran 2.0 in 21:00 on the treadmill again. Hit the outdoor pool and mega-hot tub afterwards. :) It was nice. Its right in front of a huge mountain ftw.

Hi. 'member me? An unnecessarily long account of my fourth consecutive DNF at the North Fork 50 miler.

So I have been putting this off. Of course that fits with the routine. I have run every instance of the North Fork 50 mile race, starting in 2010. You can go back and look at race reports here , here , and here . Though most of them are rather depressing. They are all DNF's. In typical fashion, I will give you various versions of this year's race report to adapt to your level of interest. First off, the SHORT SHORT version. DNF Secondly, the SHORT version. 109 Days to Go - Top Ten things I learned from a DNF at the Greenland 50k

Well, where do we begin with this race report? In some ways I am a bottom line sort of guy. It was a DNF for me. Period. No ultra finish, no nothing. I almost resist saying anything more than that for fear of it sounding like an excuse. However I guess the additional detail is part of actually giving a race report. Thus here goes some excessive verbiage constituting a 2010 Greenland 50k race report. The first thing that happened on this very interesting day was that I woke up and it was nice outside! It had just snowed the previous night and a couple times during the week, and with the forecast calling for rain and snow, I was prepared for the worst.
